Lifetime Wealth Planning, Wills & Probate – FAQs sheet
Earlier this year we announced our advisory partnership with Brighton law firm Britton & Time. In July 2020, to mark the launch of this partnership, we hosted a joint webinar entitled ‘Lifetime Wealth Planning and Creating a Tax Efficient Estate’.
In this webinar (hosted by WTT Director of Tax Investigations, Tom Wallace) Elisabeth Squires, Britton & Time’s private client specialist, presented an overview of the main issues to consider when making a will, creating a power of attorney and other practical concerns relating to probate and estate planning.
In response to the questions received during the webinar and subsequently, Elisabeth has kindly put together a FAQs sheet addressing the queries raised. It is now available to download here:
A more detailed webinar looking at making and executing wills is planned for later this year. Look out for further details on our LinkedIn page in due course.
In the meantime, if you have any tax issues related to wealth and estate management, contact us at WTT. For further advice on matters covered in the webinar, Britton & Time’s contact details are also available on the FAQ sheet.
If you would like to view the presentation in its entirety, it is available on our YouTube channel:
